Promotional Periods: During special events or high-volume sales periods, shipping times may be extended at the discretion of Black Shark. In such instances, customers will be notified in advance.

Quality Assurance: All goods are strictly inspected and factory-sealed before delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We currently ship to the following regions via the Black Shark Global Store

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.

Remote Locations: Additional charges may apply for shipping addresses located in remote areas.

Transparency: You can find final delivery costs at checkout, in your Order Confirmation email, and via the online Order Status portal. Courier delivery costs include tips.
4. Order Tracking & Cancellations

Status Updates: Black Shark will keep you updated on your order status via the email address provided at checkout.

Cancellations: Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached their destination or final delivery stage.
5. Payments & Currency

Final Price: Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. Black Shark does not charge extra transaction fees.

Bank Fees: If using an international credit or debit card, the final amount on your statement may vary based on exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also apply foreign conversion charges. Please contact your bank regarding these potential fees.
