WARRANTY POLICY

At Black Shark Shop, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. All hardware purchased directly from blacksharkshop.com is covered by a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Warranty Period by Category

The warranty begins from the date you receive your device.

2. Scope of Warranty

This limited warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied.

  • Geographic Limitation: This warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase.

  • Service Limitation: We offer after-sales assistance only in regions where we officially ship.

  • Repair Notice: We do not provide direct repair services. For localized issues, you may contact the authorized service center in your country.

3. What is NOT Covered?

To maintain the highest standards of service, please note that the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Misuse & Neglect: Damage from accidents, neglect, abnormal use, improper storage, or exposure to liquids, moisture, sand, or dirt.

  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear and tear, unless caused by Black Shark during the manufacturing process.

  • Screen Damage: Defects resulting from excessive force or the use of metallic objects on the touch screen.

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Devices with removed, defaced, or altered Serial/IMEI numbers, or repairs conducted by unofficial repair centers.

  • Third-Party Equipment: Damage caused by use in conjunction with accessories or equipment not approved by Black Shark.

  • External Forces: Damage from fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, or theft.

  • Software: Software issues, viruses, or cellular signal reception problems.

  • Unauthorized Purchases: Products not purchased directly from blacksharkshop.com.

4. How to Make a Claim

If you encounter a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us via Online Chat on our website. To process your claim, you will need to provide:

  1. Original Proof of Purchase (Invoice).

  2. The model and Serial/IMEI number of the product.

  3. Photo or video evidence clearly showing the product’s defects.

5. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If your claim is approved for a return or replacement:

  • Data Security: You are responsible for backing up your data and erasing all personal/sensitive information. Black Shark is not responsible for data loss or disclosure.

  • Included Items: You must return the original device, accessories, and documentation. Please do not include personal add-ons (SIM cards, third-party cases, etc.), as these cannot be returned.

  • Condition: Items must be in "as new" condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) or Faulty Items: If the item arrives damaged or does not match the description, Black Shark Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item within the 7-day window due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
