Return Policy

At blacksharkshop.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at service@blacksharkshop.com or via online chat to request a cancellation.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has reached the shipping stage or has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must follow the standard return process after the package arrives.

2. Eligibility for Returns (7-Days Window)

  • Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days from the date you received your item. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Manufacturer Notice: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us for the correct return warehouse address.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., "no longer wanted"), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged goods or incorrect item received), Black Shark will cover all shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

4. Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.) within a specific number of business days.

  3. Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • First, check your bank account again.

    • Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).

    • Contact your bank (processing times vary).

    • If you still have not received it, contact us via our online chat.

5. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Contact Us First: To initiate a return, you must contact us via our online chat or email.

  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item valued over 50 EUR, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Legal & Liability

  • Force Majeure: Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, or war).

  • Disclaimer: Black Shark is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Intellectual Property: Trademarks belonging to third parties remain their property and may not be used without permission.
